1. Using Voozchat
By using Voozchat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Voozchat is for adults only. You must be at least 18, or older if the legal age of majority where you live is higher, and you must be allowed by law to use the service where you are.
A guest session starts automatically when you open the service. You may be asked to create an account for some features, such as buying coins. You are responsible for what happens under your session or account and for keeping any login details safe.
2. How you may use the service
You agree to follow the community guidelines, which form part of these terms. In particular you must not harass others, pressure anyone, request money, impersonate someone, record or share a call without consent, advertise, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may remove content, limit features or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Matches, coins and payments
New visitors get a limited number of free matches each day. After those, matches and live video minutes use coins, and the rate is shown before you commit. Buying coins requires an account and is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
Coins and other digital items are provided immediately and are generally non-refundable, except where the law in your country requires otherwise. If you think you have been charged by mistake, contact us with the date and amount and we will look into it.
4. Safety, reports and blocking
You can end any call at any time, and you can report or block other people from the call screen. We review reports and may act on them, but we cannot promise to prevent every instance of bad behaviour. Read the help and safety guide for practical steps you can take yourself.
5. Our content and your content
The service, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or resell them. What you say or show on a call is your responsibility. You must have the right to share whatever you show, and you give us the limited permission needed to deliver the call and to review reports.
6. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular person will be available to chat. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of people you meet through the service.
7. Third-party services and links
Parts of the service rely on third parties, such as payment providers, analytics and hosting. Their own terms apply to what they provide. We are not responsible for websites or services we do not control, including anything a person shares with you on a call. Treat links and requests from other users with care.
8. Governing law and disputes
If a disagreement arises, please start by writing to us so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the service, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
9. Technical rules
Do not interfere with the service. That includes scraping or copying content automatically, using bots or scripts to create matches or calls, trying to bypass limits such as the daily free matches, probing for security weaknesses, or overloading our systems. Anyone doing so may lose access without notice.
10. Changes and ending access
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the service after a change means you accept it. You may stop using Voozchat at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
